For the braised chicken, preheat the oven to 160°C, cut the potatoes and garlic in half, slice the lemon.

Place the chicken breast up in an ovenproof dish (or in an ovenproof pot with a suitable lid), add the remaining ingredients and the wine and soup.

Season the chicken with salt and pepper, cover and braise for about 60 minutes, then take the lid off and let it cook for another 10-15 minutes.

Remove braised chicken from the pot and serve together with potatoes and gravy.
