For the homemade soup seasoning, wash the parsley, drain well and chop the leaves. Peel and coarsely chop the celery root, parsley roots, carrots and onions. Wash and quarter the tomatoes. Wash the leeks thoroughly and cut into rings. Remove the unsightly dark green ends. Puree all ingredients except the salt in a blender. Add salt, mix thoroughly and fill into tightly closing jars.
