For the princess cake, first separate the eggs, then beat the egg whites until firm. Beat the egg yolks with butter and sugar until foamy, then add the melted chocolate.

Then mix in the flour, baking powder and milk and finally fold in the snow. Bake at 180 °C for about 45 minutes. With the filling you can actually take which one you want, I took whipped cream.

When the cake has cooled down, cut 2x. Place the 1st part in a form covered with cling film (e.g. salad bowl), then spread with the filling, then also place the 2nd part on top and spread with the filling, then place the 3rd part on top (should now be a straight surface).

Refrigerate for some time. When the filling is reasonably cold, turn the bowl over, make a small hole in the middle and put a doll in it (I took a Barbie that no longer has feet).

Then spread again with the remaining filling and decorate.
