For the dip:


Marinate garlic and parsley , flour, finish in deep fat and season with salt and pepper.

Boil the drained beans in clear soup, pour whipped cream, add pepper, salt, garlic and chopped dill and mash. Cook a dip from juice of one lemon, mayo, salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar and bring to the table separately in a dessert dish.

Arrange everything on a flat plate and garnish with a sprig of dill.
