Instructions:

1. cut turbot fillet into 8 cm long pieces. Stick 1 fish strip on each of 3 parallel wooden skewers. 2.

Season skewers with salt, oregano, pepper and paprika powder and marinate in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

Roast fish skewers on the broiler over medium heat for 4 minutes on each side. Serve with herb butter and baguette.
