Instructions:

Rinse fish fillet, dry and sprinkle with juice of one lemon. Cut into small cubes. Clean, rinse and chop the bell bell pepper.

Peel the onions and cut them into quarters. Peel tangerines and cut out the white skin. Put all ingredients alternately on 6 skewers.

Mix oil and tangerine juice(1) with the herbs and spices. Peel and squeeze the garlic and add. Pour the marinade over the skewers and let them marinate in the icebox for 1 hour.

Remove, let drain and fry in hot oil for about 10 minutes.

Mix chutney with tangerine juice(2). Put on the table with the skewers. Garnish with lemon balm.

Serve with long grain rice.

Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen ones – they also stand out for their fresh taste!
