For the chicken breast on mushroom sauce, cut the chicken breasts into small pieces and rub with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Then fry them in a pan with oil.

In another pan fry mushrooms (sliced), diced onions and bacon well with butter.

Add whipped cream and mustard and let it boil down. If you want you can add fresh herbs. Serve with rice.
