For the white bread, prepare a pre-dough with yeast, water, sugar and some of the flour. Place in a warm place until it has doubled in size.

Now knead in the remaining flour until the dough separates from the edge of the bowl. Grease a loaf pan, put the dough in it and let it rise again.

Then bake in a preheated oven at 220 °C for about 30-40 minutes. Brush with a little water just before the end.
