Instructions:

Scrub the mussels thoroughly under running water.

Heat oil in saucepan, sauté shallots and garlic. Add cherry tomatoes and green onion, sauté briefly. Extinguish with wine and stock.

Cook mussels for 4 minutes, pour into a sieve, collect liquid.

Cook spaghetti al dente.

Let the liquid boil, add the olives and the mussels. Mix everything together with the spaghetti and bring to the table.
