Instructions:

A cake recipe for all foodies:

Sift flour on a work surface, add butter in small pieces to the flour form and together grate lightly by hand until the whole looks even. Make a bulge in the center of the dough and pour in the remaining ingredients. Knead everything well together until the dough is smooth and no longer sticks. Rest for approx. 15 min. Then line a cake springform pan with it, raising the edge.

Mix blueberries, ground almonds with sugar and spread on the short pastry form. Spread flaked almonds evenly on top.

Streusel: make equal parts of butter, sugar and flour and spread evenly on the cake.

Bake in oven heated to 200 °C for about 50 minutes.
