For the coconut biscuits, beat egg whites until very stiff and beat in 70 g of powdered sugar in small pieces.

Mix the lemon juice with the remaining 130 g sugar and the coconut and fold into the snow.

Form small heaps on a baking tray lined with baking paper or greased and let the coconut biscuits brown lightly at 160 °C.
