Beat the eggs, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy. Then slowly add the oil and water. Sift flour with baking powder and cocoa powder and fold in.
Spread the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180 °C for approx. 35-40 minutes. Allow the dough to cool and turn over with a frame.
For the cream, whip the whipped cream until stiff. Mix coconut yogurt, powdered sugar and coconut liqueur.
Prepare gelatin according to package directions and stir into yogurt mixture.
Stir in shredded coconut and chocolate flakes.
Finally, fold in the whipped cream. Pour the cream on the dough and spread everything and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
Allow to set in the refrigerator for a few hours. Remove frame and cut open.
