First, preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat.

Mix all ingredients except the cranberries in a bowl.

Pour the oat mixture into muffin or minicake cups and sprinkle with cranberries.

Bake in the oven for 40-50 minutes until golden brown.

Let the finished muffins cool for at least 30 minutes.
