For the curry sauce:


For the Indian meat with curry sauce, season the meat with salt and pepper and sear briefly on both sides. Fill a shallow baking dish with it. Slice or coarsely grate apples and place on top of the meat.

Prepare the sauce (just mix everything together) and pour it over the meat and apples. Sprinkle some parmesan on top if desired.

Bake in the oven at about 200 °C for about 30 minutes. Arrange the Indian meat with curry sauce and serve.
