Preparation (about 35 min):

Remove the stalk from the chicory, leaf up, rinse lettuces well, drain. Clean the cherry tomatoes, clean the radishes and cut them into small leaves. Together with all lettuces, tomatoes and radishes arrange a nice bouquet on plates.

Mix sesame seeds with balsamic vinegar, orange juice, cooled pressed olive oil, season with salt and pepper, drizzle over the salad bouquet.

Cut the cheese into coarse cubes, flour it in cornmeal, pull it through the beaten egg, turn it in corn semolina with kitchen herbs on the other side, finish it in hot olive oil, arrange it around the salad bouquet.

Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can use frozen ones – they also stand out for their fresh taste!
