For the Crispy Chicken Wrap, sprinkle tortilla patties with cheddar cheese, wash lettuce, dry, chop and place on top. Wash, dry and quarter tomatoes lengthwise, spread on tortilla.

Cut the chicken cutlet into strips and place on top as well. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and TexMex seasoning, as well as the grated Emmental.

Grill briefly in the oven and garnish with sour cream and TexMex seasoning.
