For the vegetable risotto, melt butter in a pot, add rice and stir well. Then pour in soup, add salt and the vegetables. Bring to a boil once, cover and switch to lowest heat. After 10 minutes, open the lid and stir, adding a little soup if necessary. After 20 minutes the rice is ready. Spread the vegetable risotto on plates and sprinkle with parmesan.
