For the salmon roll, hard boil the egg. Chop chives and stir into Philadelphia with salt and pepper.

Cut grain wedge horizontally and coat with Philadelphia. Rinse egg, peel and cut into slices.

Top bagel with smoked salmon, sprinkle with horseradish and drizzle with lemon juice.

Place egg on top and cover with the top half of the Kornspitz. Enjoy the salmon roll immediately.
