For the marinade:


1) Prepare (steam) potatoes, remove peel and cut into immediately thick slices. For the marinade, mix all ingredients well, season with salt, season with pepper and mix with the still warm potatoes. Roll the salmon into florets. 2) For the topping, rinse the chives and chop them. Season sour cream with salt and pepper. Gently fold in chives and caviar. Drain ERdaepfel well, layer on plates and top with caviar sauce. Place salmon roses on the leaf salad and garnish with parsley.
