For the salmon fillet with green beans wrapped in bacon, first boil the potatoes.

Wash the green beans, cut off the ends and cook until firm to the bite. Then wrap them with bacon.

Dress the fish with herbs, salt, lemon and olive oil. Wrap in aluminum foil and cook in the oven at 170 °C for about 20 minutes.
