coat. Cut the salmon fillet into slices and place in a marinade of white wine vinegar, olive oil, juice of one lemon, salt, pepper and dill.

Arrange on the canapes and top each with a Roquefort whipped topping and a sprig of dill.

Arrange everything on a flat plate and garnish with parsley.
