Preheat the stove to 180 °C. Grease a gratin dish of 23×33 cm. In a frying pan at medium temperature, color the mince. Add the salsa, reduce the heat and simmer for 20 min until the liquid is absorbed. Mix in the beans and heat until hot. Sprinkle the bottom of the gratin dish with the chip crumbs, spread the meat evenly over the top, cover with the sour whipped cream. Put olives, onions and tomatoes on top, sprinkle the cheese. Bake in the oven for half an hour until everything is hot and “bubbling” together.
