Cream of potato soup Vancouver :

Cook cream of potato soup according to package directions. Cut 2/3 of the smoked salmon into tender strips. Rinse dill, drain well, set aside a few sprigs for garnish, chop the rest. Add salmon strips and chopped dill to soup and heat for one minute. Divide soup evenly among plates and bring to table garnished with sour cream or crème fraiche, remaining salmon and dill sprigs.

Place salmon slices in an ovenproof dish. Stir Maggi Meisterklasse Scandinavian Crab Soup with the sweet whipped cream, pour over the top and bake in a heated oven at 175 degrees (gas: level 2) for 25 minutes.

Stir dumplings half & half with 1/2 l water and swell for ten min. Shape the dumplings with wet hands. Boil two liters of water. Add Schupfnudeln and cook until they rise to the surface. Transfer to a sieve and drain. Heat clarified butter in a frying pan and roast Schupfnudeln in it until golden.
