Put the milk in a blender jug form.

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, peel, cut off the flesh and add to the milk with the honey.

Cut the candied ginger and the cleaned strawberries and whisk everything together. Add the ice cubes and shake heartily.


Fill shake into a glass and garnish with strawberries and mint.

Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for a particularly good aroma!
