Wash the lettuce and spin dry. Sort the raspberries. Peel the avocado, remove the pit and cut into slices. Immediately sprinkle with a little lemon juice. Wash cucumber and cut into thin slices. Roughly chop macadamia nuts. Clean and peel the shrimp and remove the shells.

For the dressing, put all the ingredients in a container that can be closed well and shake it properly.

Grill the shrimp on the grill or in a pan for 1-2 minutes on each side.

Mix the lettuce and cucumber slices, marinate with the dressing and arrange in the center of the plates. Arrange avocado slices, raspberries and shrimp all around.

Sprinkle with macadamia nuts.
