Pasta dishes are just always delicious!

Note: If possible, use fresh egg noodles. If these are not available, you can just as well use other noodles, e.g. Mienudeln. Cook dried noodles in advance.

Add the noodles and cook for about 30 seconds, drain and transfer to a plate.

In a medium skillet, heat the coconut milk gently and quickly stir in the curry paste. When everything together begins to billow slightly, add the remaining ingredients except the ground beef.

When the quantity starts to boil repeatedly on low heat pour in the minced meat and make until it is cooked (it should not be pink anymore).

Pour the sauce (should have a creamy consistency) over the pasta form and bring to the table.
