Instructions:

Cut onions into rings, dice toast, cut tomatoes into eighths, drain tuna and then cut into coarse pieces. Sauté onion rings in hot oil and layer with toast, tomatoes and tuna in a gratin dish (tomatoes, tuna, toast, onions, toast tuna…..onions) Whisk soy sauce, eggs, milk spices and season heartily. Pour over layered ingredients. Garnish top with halved olives.

Bake in the heated oven at 200 °C (electric) or level 3 (gas) for about 30-35 minutes.

Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for a particularly good aroma!
