Instructions:

For the quinoa fruit breakfast, wash quinoa hot, drain and cook in steamer with 1.5 times the amount of water for 25 minutes, let cool slightly.

Wash the fruit, pluck the greens from the strawberries and cut the pears into wedges. (If desired, cook the fruit briefly in the steamer).

Arrange the fruit on the quinoa, sweeten with honey and season with cinnamon.
