For the curd pudding, preheat the oven to 200 °C hot air. Butter and flour the ramekins. Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites with the powdered sugar until stiff.
Place curd in a bowl and mix with egg yolks, lemon zest, vanilla sugar, sour cream and starch.
Fold in beaten egg whites, fill into ramekins, place in water bath and cook in preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
Wash strawberries and puree except for a few pieces, cut the rest into small pieces. Peel kiwis and cut into slices.
