Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Grease a loin pan and sprinkle with nuts. (The rest of the nuts will be added to the dough). Put the mold in the refrigerator.

Heat the butter with the cooking chocolate. Then let it cool slightly and beat it with the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Last, stir in the milk, the flour and the nuts.

Take the pan out of the refrigerator and pour in the batter. Bake at 180 °C for about 30 minutes. Test with chopsticks!
