For the marinade:


For the tuna and bell pepper salad, wash the peppers, cut them in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and cut into strips. Peel the onion and cut into thin rings.

Mash tuna together with oil with a fork and mix with bell pepper strips, onion rings and chopped parsley. Prepare the marinade with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and a few drops of Tabasco sauce and mix well with the salad.

Dress the tuna and bell pepper salad with additional bell pepper rings, if desired.
