For the tuna baguette with peppers, first cut the baguette in half lengthwise. Spread the halves with tomato paste. Cut peppers into strips and mozzarella into slices.

Sprinkle oregano on the baguette, drain tuna and shred a bit. Top the baguette with tuna, place bell pepper strips and cheese on top and season with basil and oregano.

Bake the tuna baguette with peppers at 180 °C for about 10 minutes.
