First make the pizza dough. To do this, mix well flour, dry yeast, salt, water and oil.

Form the dough into a ball and let it rise for about 1 hour until it has doubled in volume. Then roll out the dough thinly.

For the topping, cut onion into fine rings. Spread the strained tomatoes on the pizza base, spread the tuna on top, sprinkle the onion on top and season with salt and oregano.

Spread the mozzarella on the pizza in a glue-like manner and bake the pizza in the oven at 200 °C hot air for about 15 minutes.
