Yogurt Dumplings with Berry Puree

Instructions:

Soak gelatine in cold water and squeeze out.

Mix yogurt, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon zest. Heat 2 tablespoons of this yogurt mixture with the gelatine until it has melted. Now fold into the remaining yogurt mixture and allow to cool.

Before the mixture begins to set, fold in the whipped cream.

Grind the washed (or thawed) berries with a hand blender, sweeten if necessary and spread on dessert plates.

Make dumplings from the yogurt mixture and place them on the berry puree.
