For the puff pastry strudel with blueberries, preheat the oven to 180°. Roll out the puff pastry to the desired size. Stir the curd until smooth, dissolve the custard powder well in the milk, whisk the eggs and stir everything into the curd. Then add sugar (the amount can be changed according to your taste) and the 2 eggs together with the curd until smooth.

Spread this curd mixture on the puff pastry, leaving about 1-2 cm free at the edges. Brush this edge with the beaten egg. Spread the blueberries and the amarettini on the curd filling and then fold in the pastry on all sides so that the filling is completely covered. Brush the top with egg and then bake the strudel for about 30 minutes until golden brown. Before serving, sprinkle the puff pastry strudel with blueberries with powdered sugar.
