For the banana-chocolate muffins, preheat the oven to 200 degrees and line a muffin tray with paper cups.

Mash bananas in a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Beat egg with butter and sugar until foamy. Stir in milk, mashed bananas and chocolate. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa and fold into the batter.

Pour the batter into the molds and bake the banana-chocolate muffins at 200 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes.
