For the pea soup, peel and finely dice the garlic and onion, sauté in a pot with the butter, add the peas and fry briefly, deglaze with the white wine, fill up with vegetable soup and simmer.

Puree the soup with a blender, bring to the boil again and season with salt and pepper, stir in the sour cream.
