Instructions:

For the pea soup, peel and coarsely chop the onion and garlic. Sauté in olive oil, deglaze with white wine. Add the peas and sauté briefly, pour in the soup and simmer for about 15 minutes.

Now blend with a hand blender and season with salt and pepper. Dress with a tablespoon of sour cream and serve.
