Instructions:

Put the flour in a suitable bowl and make a hollow in the center. Sugar, yeast and salt in the bulge form, pour lukewarm water and leave for 15 min.

Knead into a firm dough, leave in a warm place with the lid closed for 30 min. Roll out dough on a greased baking sheet.

Mix sour cream and egg, add bacon cubes, onion rings and finely chopped chives and season topping with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Put the cake in the oven. Bake at 220 degrees for about 40 minutes.

Serve with: cucumber salad
