Instructions:

Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.

Cream the egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar, add oil and water and mix well. Then sift flour with baking powder and cocoa and slowly stir into the mixture.

Carefully fold in the snow.

Spread the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 175 °C for 25 minutes.

When cool, spread with raspberry jam and cover densely with raspberries.

Whip the cream well (possibly with cream stiffener) and slowly stir in the sour cream. Add a tablespoon of sugar if desired. Spread this mixture over the raspberries.

Dip the biscuits briefly in rum, cover the cake with them and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
