For the grilled vegetables, cut the vegetables into pieces as desired. Mix with salt and olive oil, also cut the feta into cubes and mix.

Finely chop the garlic (do not press) and mix with herbs as desired (oregano, olive herb, rosemary…) also fold in.

Roast the vegetables in the oven at 180 degrees for about 45 min, stirring from time to time.
