For the mustard sauce, mix the butter with flour in a saucepan.

Add mustard and stir together with lemon juice in the thin sweat. Mix white wine with soup and pour in, stirring constantly.

Bring to a boil and simmer for a few minutes. Reduce heat. Mix yolks with 2-3 tablespoons of the sauce. Add this mixture to the sauce and mix well. Add salt and sugar to taste. After that, do not let it boil.

Serve the mustard sauce warm.
