Instructions:

Remove the crust from the white bread at the beginning, then finely chop with the almond kernels in a food processor and add garlic. Add water to make a thick soup, season with vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper and a little Szechuan pepper. Leave to cool for 15 minutes.

Garnish with chervil, tarragon and grapes.
