Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!

Cut the meat into cubes. Peel and chop the onion.

Sauté both in hot oil. Add water and cook for 40 minutes with the lid on. Remove the peel from the carrots and cut them into slices. Clean fennel and leek and cut into rings. Add tarragon, spices, vegetables, beef broth and white wine to the stew form and cook for another 20 minutes. Add the noodles, cook for 10 minutes, add the mushrooms in the last 5 minutes. Season again and bring to the table sprinkled with basil.
