Instructions:

1. finely slice the cucumber, season lightly with salt in a sieve and drain for 20 min. Mix the cucumber with chili pepper, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil and a little pepper.

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, sprinkle 1 tbsp sesame seeds on one side. Bake with the sesame seeds facing up in an ovenproof dish in a heated oven at 200 degrees on the 2nd rack from the bottom for 12 min (gas 3, convection oven not recommended). Serve with the cucumber salad and, to taste, a little bit of soy sauce.
