For the curd dumplings with blackberries, first put elder juice with agartine in a bowl and boil for 2 minutes. Let cool slightly and then stir into the curd. Pour curd mixture into a glass bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Boil blackberries with sugar, add star anise and remove after boiling. Squeeze blackberry mixture through a sieve to remove seeds.

Make dumplings from the jellied curd mixture and serve the dumplings with blackberries.
