Instructions:

Try this delicious cake recipe:

Heat milk, let yeast melt in it and stir with flour and sugar to make a yeast dough. Let dough rise and knead heartily for about 30 min. with lid closed. Add a little salt and nutmeg (freshly grated), form four dumplings and rest again for about 30 min.

With a pancake syringe, put peat puree into the dumplings and make in salted water for about TEN min. Melt butter.

For the wild fruit sauce, rinse and clean blackberries, raspberries and blueberries and heat them with sugar and a little bit of water. Mix cornstarch with a little water and stir into the fruit sauce.

Take the dumplings out of the water, put them on plates and tear the top with two forks. Pour melted butter over them and pour fruit sauce.
