For the sweet wine jelly, sieve the cherry compote, collect the juice. Measure the juice, you need 200 ml. If it is too little, fill up with water. Bring the juice to a boil with the agartine, stirring constantly and boil for about 2 minutes.
Chop figs very finely, chop cherries and raisins a little. Pour the cold sweet wine into a container. Add the raisins, cherries and figs, and finally the agartine mixture.
Mix everything well and pour into silicone molds. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve with a little whipped cream.
