Rinse the flowers, remove the stalks. Boil white wine vinegar with water and garlic. Salt, add the flowers. Steep for 10-20 minutes, depending on size. Pour hot into a jar with the meat juice, without the garlic, pour soybean oil. Steep for 2-4 weeks.

Tip: Zucchini are a type of pumpkin and therefore low in calories, rich in vitamins and easy to digest – just the thing for a light diet!
