For the dandelion flower panna cotta, bring the whipping cream and milk to the boil in a saucepan. Scrape out the pulp of the vanilla pod and add to the whipped cream with the vanilla sugar and sugar. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

Meanwhile, soak the gelatin in cold water. Clean the dandelion flowers very well, set aside. Squeeze the gelatin and dissolve in the hot vanilla cream.
